Hoa Phat Metal Producing Company Ltd provides occupational safety training to employees

On October 14, 2018, the Hoa Phat Metal Producing Company Ltd organized training for more than 150 employees of its Mechanical Manufacturing Factory in northern Hung Yen Province. With the guidance of lecturers from the Institute for Training and Educational Cooperation, the employees were trained in theory and practice on occupational safety and hygiene.

The lecturers provided workers with safe operation of lifting equipment, first aid and general knowledge on occupational safety. These contents are trained in the hall and practiced at the steel drawing line.

Mr. Tran Khoa Cuong, Head of Organization Department of Hoa Phat Metal Producing Co., Ltd, said that training on occupational safety for employees is very necessary, providing workers with basic knowledge about occupational safety. In addition, the employees were also very excited to participate in the training as the activities pointed out the shortcomings in production, helping them have experience to realize and handle possible situations as well as operating machines safely. This is the company’s annual activity to update information and organize occupational safety and hygiene training for employees working at the factory.
