Established in August 1992, Hoa Phat Metal Production Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Hoa Phat Equipment and Accessories Company Limited, the first member of Hoa Phat Group. Initially, the company operated in the field of construction and mining equipment. Since 2017, in addition to construction equipment trading, the company started to join in the steel sector. This is part of Hoa Phat Group's strategy to promote deep processing and increase the value chain of steel products, which focuses on production of high-quality drawn steel wire, prestressed steels and flanges to replace imported goods.

The company has invested and operated three factories in Hung Yen, Quang Ngai and Binh Duong provinces. All factories are invested with modern equipment and high degree of automation. These high quality products meet with both domestic and foreign standards. In addition to supplying the domestic market, Hoa Phat Metal Production Company’s products have also been exported to many countries around the world.
