Hoa Phat Group exports drawn steel wire to Malaysia

After conquering the US, Canada, South Korea and Laos markets, the first two containers of Hoa Phat's drawn steel wire was officially exported to Malaysia, opening a good start to access this potential market.

Hoa Phat's drawn steel wire products meet all standards of TCVN, ASTM (the US), BSI (the UK) and JISG (Japan).

According to Ms. Vu Thi Anh Tuyet, Deputy Director of Hoa Phat Metal Producing Co., Ltd., the shipment has just been exported to an import partner for net weaving. The successful export of the first shipment opens the door for the company to continue receiving more orders. Malaysia is a Southeast Asian market and has imported many Hoa Phat’s products such as construction steel, steel pipes. Hoa Phat’s drawn steel wire has also set foot in this country.

Hoa Phat's drawn steel wire products are certified by the Viet Nam Certification Center (Quacert 1) to meet all standards such as TCVN, ASTM (the US), BSI (the UK) and JISG (Japan). The production process of black steel wire and hot-dip galvanized steel wire complies with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

With a modern technology and equipment production line, the company's drawn steel wire products meet the needs of construction projects, fence manufacturers, B30 mesh, B40 mesh, barbed wire, welded mesh and wire mesh for both local and foreign markets. The drawn steel wire factory could supply the best quality low carbon black and galvanized steel wire products to the market.

In 2018, the drawn steel wire exports brought the company more than US$6 million. From the end of 2018, the company started to import the second phase of galvanized drawn steel wire production line, aiming to double its output. It is expected that in September 2019, the factory’s phase 2 will come into operation.
